If I could leave zero stars I would. I had a serious infection with excruciating pain. I asked the nurse if I could increase my frequency of pain medication and also if I could have something to help me sleep. The nurse came back and said that the nurse practitioner on duty said she does not adjust medications and would not be reaching out to the doctor. And all of the changes needed to be done on day shift and that I would have towait until the next day. Additionally I was scheduled for surgery Monday at 8:30 p.m. and after no communication a nurse came in at 11:15 p.m. and said my surgery was canceled and they would try to get me in the next day. They then moved me into a different room after surgery with a patient who had a fecal tube that was removed and was left on the floor in the ba

I had a very positive experience at HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital. They took me in immediately, and the staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The hospital itself is a bit older, but my main concern was receiving treatment quickly, and they did not disappoint. A special thank you to Physician Boris Reznikov and Practitioner Amy Hawk for their excellent care and compassion. The CT scan staff were amazing as well, efficient, reassuring, and truly supportive during the process. I’m very grateful for the prompt and thoughtful care I received.

I am writing about my recent physical therapy/ lymphedema therapy visits at Fawcett Sports and Rehab Center. I was there in 2024 for therapy and was very pleased with my care, so when I needed more this year, I told my physician I wanted to be referred to your facility. The front desk staff was very helpful in getting my dates scheduled and Jaye and Laurie are wonderful. These two women are your best assets, in my opinion. They are very efficient and really worked to get me great results. I appreciate everything they did for me. barb watson

HCA Florida Fawcett was a wonderful experience for my recent neck surgery. Thorough instructions for check in, friendly and helpful staff started the process to Pre-op. My nurse was awesome, as were everyone else that stopped in before surgery. Dr.Powell and his staff did an incredible job. My ongoing nerve pain was finally gone. I cannot give enough accolades to my recovery nurses, Maureen, Catharine and Judy. The discharge process was quick and efficient. The best hospital experience ever. A huge thank you to everyone!

Everyone has been awesome. They really take care of their patients . Crean and bright rooms, Friendly PTs, nurses, the kitchen staffing were all great. The food was pretty good too. Depending on your diet needs. The reason for 4 instead of 5 * rating is that one early morning a blood test turned into an ordeal for me. The guy tried 5 times before he managed to hit a vein to draw blood. Each time he poked me he shoved the needle further in with no success. He totally ruined left arm for the rest of my stay here. All the other other ones that came in to draw blood got it easily in one time with hardly a pinch.
