HCA Florida Citrus Park Emergency

Greeted right away. Facility was very clean. The nurse who cared for me, Crystal, was extremely professional and thorough. Dr.Howerton was very friendly and not rushed, listened to my concerns. Excellent experience.

Worst emergency room I’ve ever been to they told me my results looked good and they didn’t see anything wrong however when I looked over my discharge paperwork it said I was having a possible miscarriage they did not go over home care instructions or mention any of this to me. This is very serious thing to just overlook they had no care for me or my unborn child whatsoever. They were so fast to get me out of there and did nothing to help.

HCA Florida Emergency team was amazing with my daughter. They were very attentive the whole time. Dr. Christian was great and took his time to go over and explain my daughter’s injury. Great people and environment.

Nurses Susan, Jeff, & Dr Foster were all fantastic! Excellent care, very attentive. Would absolutely use HCA Citrus Park again!

Over night doctor was rude, extremely judgments and lacks compassion for patients. I pray this location gets a better doctor. It is unfair patients like myself to not obtain the proper medical because the person in charge is so unbelievable: worst experience ever. 0/10 don't recommend
