The experience my wife and I just went through with this hospital was the absolute worst experience we have ever had with this hospital. We got to the ER around 7-7:30 am, my wife got admitted a couple hours later. She got in her room an sat there until 10 pm when she asked for something for pain. So thats well over 12 hours of sitting there an trying to suck it up, when she was finally given a muscle relaxer, not really something that would help with pain or at least the pain she was feeling. She also wouldnt have gotten that if I didnt call an raise hell. The next morning the nurse comes in, wakes her up to take more blood an finally check her blood pressure, which is actually the main reason she came in. The nurse gets done an then asks if my wife wanted anything an my wife says yes can

i rate here 3. I was admitted 1/20/26 for heart ache and over excessive burning non stop causing me to lose sleep some nights. I was impressed to get care such as a CT scan and MRI and x-ray and the heart procedure done. The food was okay Er was great fast service and the wait area was clean. but when I was discharged the nurse whom removed the IV pixels out of my right arm caused some serious pains from my wrist to up to my arm I can't stretch my arm hold anything such as a pencil or my phone without feeling pain. Thursday 1/23/26. I have been in pain since discharged. the med's I was to take in the discharged summary pharmacy never received it for me to continue to be on. and when I called the ICU 4 south unit to speak to the head nurse or doctor about the medicine I didn't receive I wa

I was dumped at this shitty place by an ambulance. Supposedly the ambulance thought that I may have hit my head though I hadn’t. I was placed in a room and about 2-3 hours later I was taken to have a CT scan. No one told me why and I was never given any results. I was forced to stay overnight without any food and the next morning I wasn’t even told that I had breakfast. All day long I wasn’t given any info about why I was still there. I finally told the nurses that I was leaving but was told that I couldn’t leave. I had to wait for an MRI though after 2.5 hours a nurse said that I had to wait for a doctor though it might take several hours for this to happen. I was then told that it might take 3-4 days before I could be given this MRI. I signed the form but was told they couldn’t help me i

I went to the ER due to severe pain and had difficulty walking due to the pain. I was calm and not making a scene, yet I was left waiting for hours before being seen. Staff treated me as if I were exaggerating or faking my pain and ultimately dismissed me, telling me to follow up with a doctor during regular business hours. I returned to the ER a few days later with the same symptoms and was again treated as though my pain was not real. An MRI later revealed a serious condition that required emergency major surgery. At that point they got me a wheelchair and admitted me into the hospital. Immediately after the surgery, during recovery, I woke up in extreme pain, unable to see clearly, and struggled to speak coming out of the anesthesia. I repeatedly asked for help, but a nurse told me (i

Open to updating review after birth- so far my experience has been mixed. The staff has been 90% amazing with minor inconsistencies. I however am appalled that everytime I’m sent over here from Diana Health I have to Check into the emergency room first. I have not been sick. I work from home and my main source of exposure is coming from the emergency waiting room. This alone was almost my reason to go back to TMH where they have an isolated check in area. I would also like to note that the triage bathroom has been disgusting every visit. There was poop splattered in the toilet the floor needs to be mopped and there urine collection table needs to have a towel down or be frequently wiped down. That said I personally saw the nurse wipe down my chairs and bed and I had fresh blankets set up i
