Haymount Urgent Care

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. The phone number does not work. I have emailed multiple times with no response. They were offering free covid testing back in 2021 in an empty parking lot in Fayetteville. I was required to go for my job to get tested. (Again, they had signs everywhere stating it was 100% free!!!) A month later, I get a bill. I spoke with an Alissa back in 2021 and she said there was a bunch of bills going out fraudulently and that she would correct it. Now 3 years later I have a Lawyers office contacting me about bills over $3000! This place is a COMPLETE SCAM!

I was there for 3 hours. I had chest pain and back pain along with flu symptoms. The doctor kept offering more test. He said he couldn't find anything . I was in so much pain and it was clear he wanted to increase the bill with all of the test so I left. When I asked for the report - it wasn't ready yet.... When I received a copy, it was full of lies. He claimed I didn't report any of the back or chest pain. I will NEVER trust this office with my health again.

GREAT experience with Tangier and Dr. Gomez this morning 9/4/21 at this testing site!! If I had paid attention to the reviews, I would have not come today. The level of professionalism and teamwork to expedite testing was remarkable. I also had follow responses to emails from my initial inquiry. Thank you very much Haymount Urgent Care for providing such a hands on, human centered service.

I will now check Facebook and Google reviews before initiating any interactions with a business. Our Family (7 members tested) were tested on Tuesday, 1/18/22, and we were advised that results would be emailed within 24 to 48 hours. It would be reasonable to have an active phone number for follow-up, but it took 2 dozen hangup to get a person to answer. I was advised that a machine broke, and my test is not complete. Please explain this excuse, as I have read several excuses given to others. I am sure that our insurance companies have been billed for incomplete services....NOT good.

Amazing staff and doctor! My normal doctor’s systems were down for several days and they wouldn’t prescribe my meds or help me find someone who would. I walked in praying that they would be able to help out and they did. I had my 3 and 4 year old kids in tow and the office staff and doctor were so sweet to them. Made me change my provider to Haymount and get rid of my other doctor. I love a physician that is friendly, easy going, professional, and fun and Dr. Robert Clinton is all of the above. Treated me with respect and like a human being which is hard to find with physicians these days! I will be returning for sure!
