It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing to have to wait for hours only to be turned away right when you finally get called in. It's important for healthcare facilities to prioritize the well-being of their patients, especially when it comes to urgent situations like a high fever in a young child.

These people never answer the phone to make/ reschedule or for anything. You have to call other greater Lawrence because this one is never available to answer the phone. The worst on customer service

You get an appt at 8am and they don’t see you until 9:30. Unacceptable
