Haven Hospice

I really enjoy working with Debra Hubbard. She is very friendly and caring towards the patients. She is very knowledgeable about hospice and so very willing to help where needed.

I wanted to thank Haven Hospice so much for everything!!! Right from the very first phone call we felt welcomed and loved from Kyle who helped us so much with timing and support and care and made us feel like family. We were a hot mess at first but never felt alone. We were given all the supplies and equipment that were needed super fast and felt prepared. All of the wonderful nurses were right there with us from the very first moment that we brought my Dad home. They showed us, helped us, cried with us , hugged us and were by our side every moment and then some. Thank you so much Chris , Jamie, Alivia, and Cruise. We absolutely could not have done this without All of your love and care, expertise and support! !! You all are truly Angels I’m our hearts ❤️ And thank you Sherri and Kyle ag

I have been so grateful to have found Haven. They have been with my dad during his home health needs and then when it was time for him to start hospice. They have made everything so incredibly easy and kept my dad’s spirits up. Everyone we have had the pleasure of dealing with has been so kind and helpful. They truly have an incredible team of people there and they have made us feel so cared for and understood.

Our first contact was Noah. He was so helpful in explaining everything & helped us fill out all the paperwork via phone. We would have been lost in it all without his help. Nurse Paula took care of our dad in the short time he was in the group home. She went above & beyond in helping assist with a final Zoom call with our dad so he could hear and see family members before he passed. Thank you Haven Hospice for your compassionate care. 1 star or 0 stars. Haven Hospice pamphlet we were given when exited skilled nursing said they are available 24/7 by phone. This is false advertisement I was told after calling a dozen times when needed help that late at night or early morning they do not answer. This was not as a new patient but after already completing the new patient intake at home evaluation. Was told to call if needed help, we called and no one available nor was messaged returned.
