Really great experience today. I play a lot of Ultimate Frisbee and I often neglect my recovery which has resulted in my legs and shoulders being absolute nightmares. I learned a lot with proper stretching and techniques, and also feel a lot looser. I’ll probably be booking at least a few times a month until my legs get back in shape.
