Horrible experience with colonoscopy and endoscopy. Extremely painful and didn't even bother how I was feeling all the pain. I was told intestinal area is all curved so that is why. I was screaming most of the procedure. Nurses were amazing though. Very sweet and caring. Also no one told us about blood transfusion authorization be required to sign before this can take place. They can give the paperwork with rest of the paperwork. Very poor bed side manners from doc himself. Also the operating room where procedure took place has trash cans all around among other things. Would not recommend this doc to anyone. Very scary experience.

I saw Dr. Hashem Farr for a routine colonoscopy. This was the second one I have had. My first one was completely pain free and I was able to watch the procedure as it was occurring on the endoscope monitor. My colonoscopy with Dr Farr was completely different. I experienced a huge amount of pain as Dr. Farr was ramming me with the endoscope. I asked him to slow down and let me try to relax but he didn't listen and continued to jab me. Then I was shouting STOP, STOP, STOP but he did not listen. It was clear he had no intention of listening to his patient. I had minimum sedation as I wanted to watch the procedure as I had in my first colonoscopy. I can not believe Dr Farr wouldn't stop when a patient was asking, begging actually, and at least offer additional pain medication. Thank

Has anyone reported this doctor? He put me Thru a horrible an extremely painful endoscopy and colonoscopy And biopsy! The anestesia did no work and I was screaming to the top of my lungs… but he did not care!!! Where do I report this doctor??? Help!!!

The most painful colonoscopy I have ever experienced. I'm not even sure hes thoroughly looked for polyps. He wasn't even going to take a picture of an area that did look off.

Dr. Farr is very nice and responsible Doctor, he truly cares his patient, not for money, I highly recommend Dr.Farr.
