Literally the best hospital ever to take your kids in case of an emergency. From the front desk lady, to the nurses working as a team (one writing down everything I was saying) the other taking his vitals. And then the waiting having crayons/paper and cartoons playing on the tv. We were quickly seen, and the doctor was amazing! I was in and out in less than 2 hrs. Not saying it’s not going to get busy at times. But the staff 100000/100! So kind to my baby! Thank you truly!

If I could give this hospital & 85% of their staff a negative 10 stars, I'd gladly do so. Visited here 3 times within 3 weeks. First visit seen promptly, but room was absolutely disgusting. Urine left in toilet, dirty blanket/ linens given to my son (disgusting) & basically cut off by Dr explaining my sons ailment, Drs having PRIVATE HIPPA VIOLATION discussions within earshot of multiple patients about an emancipated teen involved in a car accident. After 45 minutes of a full confidential medical discussion they noticed patients & closed all our doors. Drs were 5 feet from our doors. Second visit we walked out after 3.5 hours waiting at 3am in the waiting room with one other person also waiting, totally ignored by staff while security was more involved in laughs with coworkers & cellphone

Thankful for Hasbro Children's Hospital for being amazing with my girl and with us! Everyone has been kind and generous and it's nice that they are doing their best to make my girl smile through this tough time. They gave her toys and a giant stuffed animal and fidgets and gave me and my husband snacks. They gave her lip balm and lotion and all kinds of fun things like a satin pillow case and a bonnet for sleeping because they heard she loves being cozy at night. This hospital is amazing with my girl. There was a clown show and they were so funny. It was so good to see my girl laugh even while in pain. The staff has been amazing everyone from CNA's to house keeping to laundry to Nurses and Doctors. My girl has never had to stay over night in a hospital and we are going on night two. She to

Another great experience here! My son had a scheduled ENT surgery with Dr, Koenig and from the moment we walked in to the moment we were wheeled out we were treated with the most respect and professionalism. My son is on the spectrum and nonverbal, he’s a tough cookie and the staff once again were on the money with him. From the pre-op nurse to the post op nurse and the OR nurses, the child life specialist, the anesthesiologist and of course Dr. Koenig every RN we came across were so sweet and met our every need. I’m so thankful a hospital as good as this one is within our reach and easily accessible to us!

I was very nervous about our first time taking my baby to the ED. However, the check in lady was very nice and also the patient specialist who took my baby vitals. We waited for about 3 hours to enter the room but we were able to see 2 different nurses while we were waiting before seeing the PA. We saw PA morgan and nurse madisen they were both so sweet and helpful. they took the time to listen and explain everything to my husband and I. also everything was nice and clean . I am very happy that our experience was nothing but good even though I was worried for my baby boy.
