I went in to have a filling done. What I was told would be about a $100.00 out of pocket procedure. The dentist asked if I would like to have some other filling done while he was in there. I said yes. He never mentioned that that would increase my out of pocket expense to $738.00. That was my biggest surprise. I got home and called to cancel any future appointments and to get a copy of my bill. The office staff hung up on me. Nothing like preying on the elderly with a fixed income. Now I have a credit card bill to try to pay. I don’t need my teeth if I have no food. Update still nothing from this dentist. Here’s a picture of the quality of care you can expect from them. Dr Adams was thorough in checking my teeth and implant. The first dentist in many years to actually check the implant and ended up referring me to a specialist for further care. His hygienist also was superb...she used a new implement to clean the gaps in my implant. I am very happy with their office and treatment !

My appointment went well. Great staff, everything explained well. Dr Adam's did a very thorough exam and I am very pleased. I've already scheduled my next appointment in 6 months.

Felt it was meticulous care. Didn't wait long to be taken back for my appointment. The staff members were cheerful and helpful with answering questions about costs for services. There was no pain with getting X-rays, teeth cleaning and subsequent exam by the dentist. Actually felt happy with the entire experience. Have an appointment for follow-up, anticipate it will be great!

Doctor Adams and staff all do a great job. Very impressed. I'm also a self pay and it is not breaking the bank to get caught up on my dental work. I got a set of partials, upper and lower, and they fit perfect and the color matched exactly. Doctor Adams took the time to make sure they turned out perfect. Very Pleased and would recommend Harvard Dental Group to anyone and everyone.
