Well, I have been a customer here for years. Unfortunately, the last eight months, I have seen major problems! I have a standing refill order. However the automated system never recognizes so therefore always have to wait for a auth from Dr. The automated phone system doubles up the numbers so you have to enter multiple times only to be told you must talk to a pharmacist! Just give me that automatically if your phone systems and everything isn’t updating to the customers profile! Not really all happy of late. Seems it take two days to have a prescription filled.
