My daughter has COVID and I sought treatment from outside this area knowing that treatments are sorely lacking by the general medical profession at this time. These discourteous and unprofessional staff gave me nothing but problems and aggravation. They had to verify one of the prescriptions which is fine except for the way they dealt with me as a customer. I felt like they were treating me like I had done something wrong seeking out of area treatment. I gave them the doctor’s number while they held unto my prescription card. They failed to communicate what they were doing and gave me grief when I asked what was going on and if I could have my card back as by that point I was inclined to go elsewhere.
