The team members and pharmacists at this location are extremely helpful and friendly. I just relocated to Belle Plaine. The HARTIG DRUG pharmacist was extremely helpful with transferring my prescriptions without any problems . Thank you for making this part of moving stress free.

Just bought this today and it’s expired make sure yall check the dates before you buy things

2 1/2 weeks ago I went on the Hartig drug website to see avaliable appointments for flu shots in Belle Plaine, Iowa. I was happy to see that there were numerous appointments avaliable on Saturday November 19th, because that would mean that I would not have to take time off of work. The morning of the vaccination I received a confirmation/reminder text of my flu shot appointment. I drove to Belle Plaine from another town to receive my vaccine. When I got to the pharmacy counter and told the pharmacist that I was here for my flu shot I was informed that we do not do them on Saturdays because I am here by myself. I explained that I had even received a confirmation text reminding me of my appointment that morning. He then proceeded to tell me that that was just corporate and they know I am by

The staff are prompt and always go above and beyond to support the client. In my case they usually find a solution. "Awesome Team" !!! The front customer service staff are an "Awesome Team" as well. They know the store. They know the customers by name and greet them when they come in the door. Both teams seem to work together well and are supportive of each other.

Called other places and they seemed "aloof" when I spoke to them about my medicinal needs. Called here and spoke with Tom...he addressed my concerns,was professional, and went above and beyond on a busy Monday morning. I am making this the family pharmacy. And I also got a call just as the prescription came in. A+ service.
