Hartford HealthCare Urgent Care

Well, my experience flat out sucked. I was hoping the virtual visit was actually a person that you could talk to instead of endlessly typing in symptoms that weren't even close to what I was Experiencing!!! Without a direct verbal communication in my ill state It was very difficult to answer the questions by typing them into a screen on the phone. I love the concept of virtual visit, but some AI in place of a person is not a virtual visit. I quit out and called my Dr at Hartford Directly.

rude, disrespectful receptionists. woman who was checking me in had a nasty attitude, and kept cutting me off not even halfway thru my sentences to talk and laugh with another receptionist. dr was also rude. i was being as respectful as i could possibly be, and yet was still met with the nastiest attitude

Went in on an Easter Sunday, they were ther only local urgent care with an xray tech that day. My nephew hurt himself playing basketball. They took him in and I think it was dr Muhammad (I could be totally wrong on that name, I'll correct it later) and couldn't be more attentive or personable. The nurses and front desk ladies were welcoming too. They tested my nephew and gave us follow up paperwork and we were out quickly. It was probably one of the better experiences I've had at an urgent care.

An adult caregiver brought my child here because he was experiencing some body pain and was refused because he has never been therefore and was not with his parent. This is very unfortunate because paperwork and copay was far more important than assisting someone experiencing discomfort.

I received the service but is important mention that the receptionist need to be more emphatic with the patient. Don’t cost nothing to be friendly and at least show that you like the Job. The health care industry needs employees with Love, compassion,.
