I had a terrible experience at this location with Dr. Williams. Her medical recomendaron cause me painful consequences and complications. After getting worst through the days, in 06.01 I went to AFC Urgent Care and they do take care of my condition, they also changed the medication previously prescribed. Today I’m getting better and still doing through medication.

Our experience here today was exceptional. Margarita(? sorry if wrong spelling) PA-C took excellent care of my son’s injury. Expertly administered digital block, placed 5 sutures and administered tetanus booster without discomfort. She was also very sweet & understanding. This is after Nuvance Urgent care could not figure out how to verify my son’s insurance & check him in, so I can’t comment on their clinical expertise because we left. As a healthcare provider myself, I appreciated the teamwork at the front desk getting him registered and set up to be seen. I would not hesitate to return here in the future. Many thanks!

Best urgent care that I’ve been to. Doctor’s are great, front desk staff is professional and kind. It’s very clean. It’s easy to make an appointment or go in and not have to wait too long.

Usually I have a pleasant experience coming here but after this last visit I will not return. I checked in with this older white lady with blond hair, I believe her name was Anna. She was not friendly, when advised I had a copay, I politely mentioned that my insurance has told me that I no longer had copays for the year since I met all my out of pocket and deductible expenses. After telling her this she caught and attitude and said fine and dismissed me. After I checked in she helped another patient and seemed to be friendly with her. As I am a black female, the person she assisted after me was either white or some other nationality and the difference of how we were treated was quite clear.

I have never left a negative review before, but this experience was upsetting enough that I feel compelled to share it. I went in to be checked for a cold because I am pregnant and wanted to make sure I didn’t have strep or anything requiring immediate attention. The front desk staff member was very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience with the medical assistant (or nurse) named Jeff was the opposite. He performed my nasal and throat swabs. The throat swab caused me to gag, cough, and tear up, which was embarrassing. I apologized repeatedly, but he did not respond or offer any reassurance—he simply stared at me, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.
