Hartford HealthCare Urgent Care

I have had a chest cold for over a week and went to the Trumbull urgent care center. I was seen by Dr. Killen and i was very impressed by his questions, exam and follow up.. He ordered Prednisone, cough medicine and antibiotic a refilled my. Inhaler. I was also given a breathing treatment. As this office did not have an X-ray he gave me an appointment to see him the next. Day to check my breathing. At that time I was given. Another breathing treatment and an X-ray. Dr. Killen said he felt I had improved since the day before. I have been an RN for 30 years at YNHH and my experience was very positive. I would highly recommend Dr. Killen. Carole S. Murphy RN

Michelle the radiologist was incredible! She showed so much care & kindness like we have never witnessed before. My husband has Parkinson’s & after a fall he had broken a finger. Michelle spent so much time making sure my husband was not anxious or confused. She was knowledgeable & explained what our next steps will be. Make sure you hold on to her!!!

Poor experience. Was there 2.5 hrs to get a cray to see if broken ribs from bad fall. I finally left at PA’s suggestion and got a call later. There was no radiologist available. Yet I called and went to this location further away than Monroe bc the receptionist told me they have cray and interpretation readily available. Also the facility is lacking(see pictures).

Always have had good fortune at Hartford Healthcare Urgent in Shelton. The staff and doctors are always professional and responsive. Always my first choice when I need fast and good medical need.
