Hartford HealthCare Urgent Care

I cannot say enough great things about this urgent care! We live nearby and our first visit at this urgent care was for an injury that my toddler experienced. I was worried taking my 2 year old to an urgent care but WOW. From the front desk to the doctor - they were AMAZING. They worked so well with her and were so sweet. I had a second visit for myself this past weekend and to no surprise - they were welcoming, calm and caring. Not to mention the front desk staff remembered me from our previous visit and asked how my daughter was doing. Fast forward a couple of days later.. they called me to check on me and how I was feeling after my recent visit! 10/10 care here!! I wish everyone could experienced this type of quality care at urgent cares around the country. Thank you!!!

The entire experience at Hartford HealthCare urgent care office deserves a 5-star rating. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-managed. From the receptionist to the nurse, everyone was welcoming and professional. Wait times were minimal, and the appointment scheduling was seamless. The Doctor's were thorough, attentive, and made me my daughter feel valued as a patient. This practice has set a new standard for patient care!

It depends on what day I went. I went on Monday. They told me one thing I went on Wednesday. They told me another but finally after four days of not knowing what was going on I luckily got Dr. Williams. She was the nicest woman, sweetheart, and very worried about me. I ended up having pneumonia when they first said it was allergies From the leaves. All in all every time I went to the Walking in the past, they have been wonderful No waiting, from the receptionist down to the doctors they're all very respectful and yes, I would go there again. Can't take it out on one person thank God for Dr. Williams..

The receptionist was very kind and sympathetic to my discomfort, urinary tract infection. I did have to wait at least 20 minutes before I could actually check in. The rest of the staff was also helpful and polite.
