We love Dr Kennedy! However, the office staff including the office manager are extremely rude, demanding, lack understanding and are never pleasant when arriving for your appointment. If it weren’t for Dr. Kennedy, we would go elsewhere.

Such a bad place to be a patient . They scheduled me an appointment for 4:15 . I got to the place at 4:18 and the doors were locked. They need better supervision and better management. They did call me 30 minutes before to ask me to bring him if I can but as a working parent obviously you can’t drop everything and run to the appointment. Call in to make a report and a so call Britany informs me that the office closed at 4:00 for a team meeting. As you can see the disorganized staff they have at this location. Last time I come here for ineffective staff to take care of my children and myself health. Don’t go this place because obviously there is an effective management .

I have had my fair share of doctor's offices over the years, what with the changing of employment, insurance, doctors moving, etc. But I have been most disappointed by this location of Hartford Healthcare. I have seen a total of three different doctors here and experiences with all three have been subpar. The first time I went for a physical and some concerns I was having with certain pains. The doctor did not really seem to care at all about what I was saying and seemed she couldn't wait for me to leave. She did her due diligence, though. Bedside manner was a 3/10. Then I started seeing their therapist which they recommended because of my depression assessment. Oh boy. I guess if you are looking for acute care and have very tangible issues she might be okay. If I could do a negative star I would. During the spring I scheduled an appointment for the Prospect office Dr. Macrie when the appointment got close they called to change the appointment which was today 9/15 at 8am today they called again to change the appointment. Having to arrange things with childcare and work isn't an easy accomplishment so when they called again to change the appointment to possibly December and when I was giving different dates that would work at first she said possibly November then when I said dates it was nope we have nothing in November and perhaps December. I didn't realize that I would have to bend over backwards to get an appointment that I made almost a year ago. Thanks for being so accommodating for what your patients needs are.

This office has terrible service! Within the last two years they have changed my PCP three times and have canceled my appointments multiple times. The worst part is that every time a doctor leaves, most likely due to bad management, they expect the patient to pay a fee for providing new services. Why does the patient have to pay a fee when they are not at fault for the doctor leaving? Also, new services? I am already a patient of the office. Some of my other family members have experienced a similar situation with different doctors leaving at this office. The quality of service also seemed very rushed. Needless to say, I will no longer be visiting this office.
