I was dealing with an emergency involving my son and called hoping to get an appointment. Since the doctor wasn’t available, I asked if a message could be sent to the doctor or nurse for advice. Instead, Cindy, the receptionist, rudely hung up on me without listening. It was very upsetting. Most of the receptionists there are rude, except for Racheal, who is always kind and helpful. The reason we call the doctor’s office is never for convenience or fun — we expect to receive answers or advice, especially in urgent situations. While I understand that not every day is perfect, the staff there do not act professionally at all.

Since the Hartford Healthcare acquired this practice, which was my PCP since 2014, the care and the reception desk has gone completely downhill. The front desk is completely disjointed and dysfunctional. They could care less. It’s difficult to get through. After two days of trying, I never received a call back. I had to call three times in one day to finally get through. The front desk doesn’t follow written instructions from the doctor or nurse. You have to continually follow up if you need prescription. It’s not a great situation especially when you’re not feeling well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Falkoff's for many years. He is a very attentive doctor. He listens, asks questions and keeps thorough records. I never feel rushed with my visits. My other doctors are always pleased when they hear he is my family doctor. They tell me you are in good hands and that is exactly how I feel.

Wow ….front desk is the worst service i have ever received. They are so rude. If they dont wanna work there and hate their job so much, just quit. Seriously, i asked for options to schedule an appt and they didnt help at all. Immediately you notice that, they hate to answer the phone. just going to find a new place.

I have been going here for the past 5 years and it has always been a great experience. Highly recommended. Melissa is great as is the supporting staff.
