Terrible service. Front desk staff is pleasant and helpful. I had to make an urgent appt and I was told I would go to the Manchester location, where I have gone almost my entire life, not realizing there were two locations in Manchester. The person who scheduled the appt looked to see where I always went and said I would go there. I went to the usual location and was told it was at the other location. By the time I got to the correct office I was 3 minutes late. The other office had called to inform them I went there and was on my way to the correct office. But the front desk staff told me that the APRN I was supposed to see said to reschedule the appt. Before it was even my appt time she instructed them to reschedule. I had received a call from an MA about 30 minutes prior to my appt aski

So unprofessional. Won’t admit they made a mistake and it’s the reason a 28 week pregnant lady can’t get her mental health meds in time for the weekend. Oh and if you file a complaint then they take the time to look you up and threaten to release you from the office even though you plan on leaving regardless. Admit you all made a mistake and your nurse made a mistake when she stated “okay do you want to sit here and argue with me or do you want me to put your paperwork through” even though there was a mistake with the paperwork and it was not my fault. Take the time to do your job in the first place instead of trying to dig up dirt on me to cover your asses. Fire Karen Dennis. Based off these reviews she is the reason this office thinks they can get away with being rude to patients in need

Today Jan. 12, l just finished my yearly check up, from front desk workers, nurse (Rene) and Doctor they all are very nice and friendly, Good Job ! Thank you !

Absolutley rediculous continously refusing to do their job regarding prior authorization. Refuse to actually ask physicians and p.a. for anything. Constantly have providers on vacation and the fill in refuses to do absolutely anything.

Liked the doctor just fine even though he didn’t make sure he had my biopsy results to look at in preparation for my appointment. This is an appointment I had made right after my biopsy 9 months earlier. Kind of unprofessional but used to this with doctors by now. However, the office needs a good personnel shakeup and scheduling needs to be managed more properly. They’re not there when you get out of afternoon appointments for checkout or checkin because they’re all on lunch! Was told I’d get a call back, never did. This in addition to a 1 hour wait to get to the exam room, followed by another 15 minute wait for the doc…all for a 15 minute consultation that didn’t even involve details from the most important procedure I’ve had done so far. Somehow — in this day and age — I expected more. H
