If I could I would rate with 0 stars. I have been going here for years and never seemed to have many issues until the past few years with problems continuously getting worse. I was in an accident and followed up after the ER due to symptoms getting worse. I made an appointment otp for the same day due to high pains, I called and let the office know I was about 5 minutes late would i still be able to get seen? I was told yes to come, upon my arrival I waited for almost 30 minutes to then rudely be told by the doctor I need to hurry up with my complaints cause I was late and then said well just take advil/tylenol until it gets worse (reason for my visit). A few months later I’m back at this office and for both visits I was made to wait an hour to even get called (I was on time for my appts).

When my former doctor got in trouble and lost his medical license they squeezed me in super quick and took over my medical care. They've been a huge help ever since. I am super grateful for their help. The doctors have been great! I'm not sure why other people are giving bad reviews because this office has been nothing but amazing. I highly recommend them!

I was told over the phone that my appointment was for 11:15 am but when I got to the office I was told that it was at 10:45 am. I got there at 11:17 am. They denied me care and told me to come back tomorrow. I've been on Benadryl for 4 days and I've been having an allergic reaction to something that I ate since Sunday and haven't been able to see a doctor just because my throat hasn't closed up (yet). They seem not to care because I was late. Also don't bother replying to my review if you're not offering for me to see a doctor today. Save it.

Not happy with this place at all. They never call the prescriptions in when they get sent Uber and I have to go without

There seems to be zero awareness of appointment times and keeping to a reasonable schedule. Have been sitting in the waiting room for half an hour and have heard the women at the desk explain to each patient to arrive at time x for an appointment at time y. If the patients are expected to keep to a schedule, shouldn’t the practitioners be held to the same standard? Delays also occur when scheduling physicals. If I am scheduling the appointment a year in advance, but I am still facing a lag of several months, that seems to indicate a problem.
