I was able to get in as a walk-in, saw the doctor in 15 minutes, including my time of filling out paperwork! Doctor was great, found my problem and gave me a prescription that I needed. Very professional and got my jokes! Thank you all!

I went here for a long time and it was always reliable. This morning I saw a doctor and the prescription was sent to the wrong place. I called them, was told the prescription was sent to the right place, and then when she double checked it was not the correct place. She said she fixed it then. I went to my pharmacy to pick up my prescription, it's not there. I call urgent care and they send it to the correct place, but it can't be filled because it's controlled and the wrong place has already filled it but they're closed. So both people who submitted the prescription did it incorrectly. I called tonight to ask them to document it so that whoever made that error could be shown how to do it correctly, to avoid someone else not getting a prescription when they need it. The APRN Kim Morgan was lovely!! She and the MA were so quick and so kind. They took excellent care of me and ensured that I even had follow up care. I was so impressed and so grateful.

Caregivers were OUTSTANDING and very thorough. Only thing I would change would be that they empty their trash containers more regularly. Container in my exam room was overflowing and some of the overflow was on the floor. Otherwise, my visit was great!

Standardly, my visits have been positive - but the most recent, where I went for some chest discomfort - I left disappointed. While I was provided an EKG, they couldn’t offer any additional insight - but they did raise a particularly serious potential diagnosis - lung embolism - which was ultimately not correct. It is important to approach conversations like this with care and provide patients with sound and supported insight - as well as helpful next steps - such as referrals, steps to take while awaiting any further treatment from elsewhere. Also, the site states that this location provides chest x-rays. I was told that this was not the case, during my visit.
