I had an excellent experience here! I made the appt quickly, got in, no wait time and saw the pcp quickly. She was caring, kind, and gave me everything I needed and more to help me with my flu diagnosis. She even wrote me a note for work, which I didn't even ask for! I highly recommend going here if you need to be seen quickly.

I had such a positive, successful experience. The treatment worked and I was pain free while still waiting for my orthopedic office to call back after 4 days. I highly recommend them.

Decided to give this urgent care a try because it’s new to town. Dr Shapiro called a pain medicine to Caremark mail service. After figuring this out, spoke to Megan the receptionist. She said they would call it right away. Never did. Called back again, she couldn’t be bothered. Now will have to suffer in pain all night when I went to the urgent care center here way earlier. Go to the other urgent care in Old Saybrook. They wouldn’t tear you this way

Great staff - pleasant, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. We waited no more than 10 minutes to be seen and received good medical care.

I had a bad fall on to a rusty old pot belly stove. I had/have many severe abrasions on my legs- the practitioner at Hartford Health thoroughly cleaned, assessed and tender to these wounds. I highly recommend them and would give them a 10/10
