I was denied service because I wouldn't pay before being seen by the doctor. The rude front office woman wanted to charge me a copay that I knew was incorrect and she refused to her me out or even act like what I was saying could be true. Instead, she just kept telling me to call my insurance company. Even though I just spent hours with them on the phone and knew the amount I was being charged was incorrect. I have never encountered such blatant disregard from a health care provider. I was forced to take my emergency elsewhere on a Friday evening.

Dr. Kim was very attentive, she answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and took care of my issue quickly.

The doctor on call little Bo Lin Kim, a cute tiny Oriental girl. Both the doctor and I thought the same thing. Why was the dentist not giving me any antibiotics for the infection in my mouth where I have an abscess? This makes me want to look for another dentist now. Good luck with that subject.

Yesterday, Tuesday 01/28/2026 at around 12:30pm, my boyfriend had HEART ATTACK SYMPTOMS, came here because it was the closest office to him and WAS DENIED BEING SEEN. They stated it was WORKERS COMP simply because his supervisor from work dropped him off. Whether he was at work or at home at the time of his symptoms 1. That is completely incorrect, that is NOT considered workers comp - workers comp is when you have a work RELATED injury or illness , WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE. His symptoms were very much unrelated to work which both my boyfriend and his supervisor voiced to the front desk ladies. 2.
