The receptionist and nurse were outstanding and i was very impressed they had access to my Lee Health My Chart which the nurse and Dr. Arthur Yazhemskiy utilized. I am visiting from Southwest FL as i am disabled and the entire staff made me feel completely calm and at peace! The entire staff should receive substantial pay raises! God Bless them for their incredible care!

2 recent experiences with this location, both misdiagnosis that sent me to the ER anyways, so I will never go back to this place - 1. Dec 11, I went in with a low grade fever, sick, with pressure in my face. I asked the doctor on site for antibiotics for a sinus infection since I had one in the past and it felt the same and she denied me. She said she couldn’t just hand out antibiotics, I have a cold, like everyone else coming in, and I need to wait 10 days before she’ll consider. I cried on my way out because I was in pain, but I think the tears moisturized my sinuses and I did start to feel better. This past weekend I went to the ER because my neck lymph nodes were swollen and throat was sore and swollen, getting worse. CT scan found unresolved infection l, probably from sinuses, and I’

Very quick and efficient. The nurse practitioner was very polite and knowledgeable. This is my second time utilizing Hartford Healthcare urgent care and they have yet to disappoint.

I would recommend this facility to family and friends due to the efficiency and professionalism of the staff and the organization and cleanliness of the facility. Furthermore, Lois-Ann Lovelace and her staff were pleasant and thorough.

Best "walk in" experience I've ever had! Super easy to make reservation and upload my insurance card. Facility was pristine and in a great location. Every staff member was kind and professional. AND it was a holiday! Highly recommend.
