As her mother, I would like to thank the entire team of health professionals who helped my daughter and I with her care! They were all amazing and supportive people! They were very kind, polite, caring, and professional! You could tell they naturally love helping others in their own lives. Some health professionals and staff can be rude, cold and stand-offish and sometimes even offend their patients with being impatient and rushing them through the process of treatment and understanding their problems this was NOT the case we had here. We had a pleasant experience and it was heard, felt and showed on the phone, in person and at their multiple locations. My second experience at this facility was highly positive. I scheduled an online appointment via the "save your spot' system early in the day, a service I strongly recommend if it is available. The staff maintained a friendly and courteous demeanor throughout the visit, and the Physician Assistant I encountered conducted a thorough assessment. I appreciated the clear explanations regarding my care and would consider returning if a prompt appointment were needed. The entire visit lasted approximately 30 minutes. Additionally, I had a prescription filled, which was promptly sent to my pharmacy.

I usually go to the walk in next to Staples, but they were booked solid. This place was empty, I can see why. Terrible experience. I have had an upper respiratory virus for 4 days, although it seems to be clearing, im having a post-viral inflammatory response that is flaring up nerve pain. They didn't take any vitals, didn't test me for covid or anything, didn't listen to my lungs or ask about the virus I've had for 4 days. They just said they don't have anything for pain. I think they thought I was a junkie or something. Did they even look at MyChart? Nope. Basically just asked me to leave.

Staff are always smiling, they are all very polite and my doctor was fantastic from her walking into the room to the time my wife and I stepped out. Receptionist was great as well as she made us feel very welcomed. Thank you all.

This is the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. Great providers and staff. Online check in made everything super easy.
