I recently visited Hartford GoHealth Urgent Care after accidentally injuring my eye while applying mascara, and I was able to get an appointment immediately, which was such a relief. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. My care was provided by my favorite PA, Annalisa, and I truly cannot say enough positive things about her. Although I only visit a few times a year, she remembers me every single time — including my medical history — without even needing to look it up. Her attention to detail and exceptional memory are remarkable. Annalisa consistently provides the highest level of care. This place sucks bad! I went in December 10th around 7pm for an unexpected illness, Obviously I apologized about coming in so close to closing time but i had to be seen. I was only expecting to be there 20 minutes max. The Med Assistant was very sweet and helpful but the APRN and Male receptionist were dismissive and rude! I got looked at for dizziness and aches and asked for a doctors note. I work at Amazon so if you know, you know they require a bit more than just a doctors note, this is my only source of income and they said they can’t fill out that form whatsoever.. no explanation involved! I’ll never show my face here again & i’ll be sure nobody comes here either. Worst experience, i was better off going to Yale Urgent care or DOCS. If i get fired, thanks A LOT👎🏽

Arrived at a good time. No waiting. Intake was easy. The staff was wonderful. I live in Kentucky but I am in Connecticut caring for my Big Sister who is in Hospice care for pancreatic cancer. Woke up with pinkeye in both eyes. Tested negative for flu, Covid and strep. Eyedrops prescription sent to Stop and Shop pharmacy. Feeling much better so I can help my sister. Highly recommended this Urgent Care.

Staff was great. Not crowded, I was the only one there. I was explained the choices on which way it could be handled. Definitely glad they were local.

Waited a while even though I was the first person in there. Also your providers need to be more sure of themselves. I came in for a animal bite but because of the swelling I was sent to the hospital. They only looked at me for 20 seconds and gave me a script for antibiotics. Now i have a hefty emergency bill on top of having to pay you all just to send me to the hospital.
