I didn't even get to sit down and they began taking care of the registration process for me and brought my son in right away. From the moment we walked in the door until we walked out, with a flu and covid test, we were on our way home in 30min max. Unbelievable process I was blown away. When you are sick this is the type of speedy care that one could only hope for. Everyone was friendly and professional. Outstanding service!

On November 27, I visited the Urgent Care office located at 2520 Main St, Glastonbury, CT. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist treated me very poorly and with a lot of attitude. I simply asked her if, in the event that someone didn’t show up for their appointment, it would be possible for me to be seen earlier. She responded with a rude tone, saying: “You don’t understand?” The second time I tried speaking to her, she continued with the same attitude. At that point, I told her she was being unprofessional, that I am a patient and deserved to be treated properly. She responded that she didn’t care, all of this in front of others in the waiting room. When the medical assistant, named Joe, called me in, he tried to justify the receptionist’s behavior. Everyone was so nice and I was in and out quickly but efficiently. The person at the front desk is always so friendly. It's very nice to walk in and have her there especially when you're not feeling well.

We have needed to go to Hartford HealthCare-GoHealth Urgent Care in Glastonbury. They have been far better than any urgent care place that we have been. They have been kind, caring, knowledgeable and professional each time we have needed them.

This receptionist needs to go. She was rude over the phone, all I was asking was if I came in to get seen could they provide medication she said she didn’t know and gave no support. The other person who made this point said the Dr. defended this behavior and it’s absolutely sick someone needs to fire her.
