I switched vets for my kitty. I'm so happy I changed. More peace of mind. Just love Dr Julia. When a vet can remember you and your pet after like 4 -5 years.,I say that is great . It shows she is dedicated to her clients. When I had to leave my kitty there ,I knew he was in good hands. The whole office is great from the office gals,the techs ,and of course the vet,make things easier to manage. Dr Julia also explains things so you can understand . THANKS to all.

I have been taking my 2 labradors here since they were born, 3 yo now. The facility is very nice. The staff is great with the animals and explaining the costs of everything. They even helped me right out this week when my Charlie got into it with a porcupine! They are the best! I'm happy to have them so close and available when I need them. Thank you Hart Animal Clinic!

My dad called to get my dog an appointment to get her shots and they said they wouldn't take her because he wasn't a "former client" or whatever! It shouldn't matter if my dog needs to be seen at the vet you should be able to fit her in. You're a vet your supposed to love animals. I don't recommend going to this place if they are going to push pets away.

We have tried various Veterinarians around West Michigan, and we watch the our dogs and their actions and reactions to the whole experience they go through when needing to go to the Vet. We also compare their experience to our own, the cost and if we choose to return or continuing to use their service. We have AKC and ABCA dogs, but our dogs ARE our family, the funny looking kids we say. From the time we tell them where we're going, the anticipation builds in all of us including when we pull into the parking lot. We've had dogs that had to be dragged or carried into some clinics, NOT HERE! They leap out and run to the door as if they know their HOME, and SAFE!
