Reached out to my doctor to scheduled a robotic bronchoscopy on Thursday morning and it's Tuesday and I still haven't heard back despite several text messages and multiple phone messages. The wait time for the OR is weeks, so every delay in scheduling is critical. Super frustrated, disappointed and neglected
Got a very scary path report from a test they ordered. Thought the doctor would call but he didn’t. So 4 days (2 weekend days) later I sent a request about the results through the portal. Received a reply message was forwarded to the doctor. This path report shows I have metastatic melanoma something not to be taken lightly. Well 3 days later still no call from the doctor. So on the 4th day I send another message through the portal. This time I get apologies he is out of the office this week and my message will be sent to the doctor covering for him. I am sure I will die from the stress of dealing with this office long before the cancer gets to me. Not holding my breath (probably can’t anyway) waiting for a call back from this office. How do you allow people to respond to message
We have never met the nursing staff in person nor ever spoken to them on phone line . We only communicate via the email portal . We want to report Nurse Regina molony for her rude , negligent, duplicitous, unfit , unprofessional attitude and behavior. She never wants to do her job of doing the prior drug authorizations that are needed for medicines . She won’t give a copy of the prior authorizations that are part of patient clinical data . She is very lazy and does not belong in a medical setting . Dr kassutto does not have a pleasant bedside manner and is unreceptive to patient input . These two should not be in a medical setting and are a risk to patient safety.
Dr. Kassuto Office never did any prior auths and her office pal Regina pretended that she did. Their communication was always infrequent and dishonest. Glad we dropped the doc and that office for medical care.
Good medical care but they don’t enforce COVID policies. People don’t wear masks or don’t wear them properly. That is a big problem for patients with lung disease.
