Harrodsburg is so blessed to have Dr. Tammy Hoskins , one of the best , genuinely cares for her patients and the staff is always friendly and courteous, if we could give 10 stars we definitely would.

Dr. Hoskins is great. The new Dr. they have is great as well but the new staff is horrible. My grandchildren and I have been going to Tammy for 20 years. Never had a bad experience until the last couple of times we were there. The staff is so rude and rush you to pick out your glasses. They won’t leave you alone and let you try different ones. Very unprofessional! They act like you’re stupid when you question prices that are added to your bill because you are charged for things you never asked for or even told you’ll be getting. Tammy please bring your old staff back!

I am not one to leave a bad review as I believe everyone is entitled to a bad day but when I pay $399.00 for glasses, you say you have 90 days satisfaction guarantee yet I have a pair of glasses I can't wear after giving you multiple opportunities to make things right you deserve a bad review and the community deserves to be cautious when spending their hard earned money with you. The glasses gave me an instant headache and made me swimmy headed immediately. I called and expressed my concerns of not being able to wear the glasses, explaining I never got a receipt, the exam results weren't explained to me, nor was the prescription and what you were doing to the glasses, and that I was rushed during the process of picking out glasses you told me to try wearing them and see if it got better.

From timely reminders to pleasant staff, our experience could not have been better. My grandson had been telling me he needed to have his glasses changed, and when I called, we were given a timely appointment. He, in fact, did need to have his prescription changed. What a relief to have such professionals in Harrodsburg. In a very icy and snowy day, with appropriate COVID-19 protocol, my grandson and I were treated in a respectful manner by each staff member. Thanks again for your kind service.

Good facility and Dr, but won’t email me my eye prescription as many other places do. They said I have to sign in person to get an email… extremely unreasonable for the request. Bad policy.
