Harris Teeter Pharmacy

Entire staff is great. I usually deal with Dana on all my RX's.

The pharmacy staff is nice and personable and Dana is a fabulous pharmacist. I go by to speak to them even when I don't have a pharmacy pick up. Even if another pharmacy has my meds at a lower price, I'm not leaving because I like the people at this pharmacy.

Pleasant enough staff but incompetent compared to the Harris Teeter we have used for five years on Greensboro! Said they didn't get an escript from one office (even though they automatically confirmed it received in the morning) and hadn't pulled two others. Waited an hour and 10 min total for meds. They also had a completely different policy regarding GoodRX and were unwilling to be helpful with that. We will drive the extra 15 min to our old pharmacy!!

The team at this pharmacy are so patient, kind, and go the extra mile. I have never had such an amazing pharmacy experience until I switched over here. I leave every interaction — phone call or visit — feeling like they listened and cared. Thank you all, Cloverdale Pharmacy Team! You’re amazing.

My son had surgery and was super nauseated when he came out of it. The nurse called in a script to this pharmacy. We went to pick it up. They didn’t have it. I called the doctors office they definitely called the script in. Talk to the pharmacy again and am told “no we don’t have anything, oh wait a minute maybe our voicemail indicator on our phone is broken. Let me check. Oh yeah we do have voicemails. Let me listen to them and get back to you.” That was 15 minutes ago, meanwhile my son is still extremely sick...finally heard back from them. They did have a voicemail about it. Was told “Oh you know those crazy computers, not wanting to work today” Ridiculous!!!! You are a pharmacy. We relay on you to have it together to help us the general public! I will never use this pharmacy again a
