Very hit or miss staff. Deli doesn’t understand what thin sliced means. Check the ravioli before you buy, many were moldy. Some checkout staff are great, some terrible. Good luck.

Knowledgeable staff. Answers the phone when you call. They were able to fill my medication without any issues. Also: Great spot to get vaccines.

Great staff and pharmacists, super friendly and hardworking. No complains from me from that perspective. HT corporate sucks though, which results in understaffing behind the counter and it takes quite a while to get refills. Even basic prescriptions that people depend on are not adequately stocked.

Worst customer service, every time I go in I get very negative vibes, no one smiles or says hello. I went in yesterday to exchange some cat food unopened for a different flavor because my cat tried one and wouldn’t eat it. One woman at customer service asked me a million if questions and I gave her my phone number to look up my Vic account but she said it was not found, I always use my vic ecard when I make purchases, anyways she then said ok to get the other cat food that I want and exchange it. I grabbed the ones i want and then went back to the customer service counter and the lady was very rude, looking at me in a bad way her name is Katika. Consistently find the best value and quality produce, milk, chicken breasts... of all the big stores and their weekly promotions always seem to have better options and prices that my family likes. Kalorama rd location has really great customer service too! I switched here specifically for the pharmacy and even with their mostly new staff, I think they are far better than Walgreens.
