Harris Teeter Pharmacy

I’m appalled at what I experienced this morning at attempting to pick up my medicine from the pharmacy. A customer is being waited on & I’m the only person waiting. I understand being social with your customers and empathetic towards their situations and concerns, but not at the expense of customers waiting to pick up medicine. Make the conversation short. They were holding their conversation and ignored me just like I wasn’t even there. So I left without getting my medication. Will now have to find someone to pick up my medication for me. And I could have been rude, like I was treated, and interrupted the conversation, but I chose to be better. I treat people like I want to be treated. I only came to the store to pick up medication. I transferred all of the prescriptions for my family to Harris Teeter. Paige goes above and beyond to find the meds we need and also finds discounts for Rx that may not be covered. Plus she always have a friendly smile and a kind word to share.

How low grade can you be to take away the black baskets!!!!! How cheap and inconvenience.... too big of a corporation to be cutting cost, just to make more money... shame on you.

Great service, and they always have my prescription in stock and don't have to wait in long lines like I used to at Walgreens.
