Harris Teeter Pharmacy

i have gotten 2 vaccinations and both have been wonderful, no waiting, and the pharmacist is stellar. also when i couldn’t get my prescriptions filled at cvs harris teeter jumped into the breach and that’s why i keep coming back!

This Pharmacy is extremely slow. But my biggest complaint is that the staff is rude and condescending. For whatever reason, they seem truly miserable. It’s convenient to grocery shop and pick up prescriptions at the same time. However, the attitude I got from the staff today will keep me from ever going back again.

I’m struggling to give this pharmacy any more chances. Since they had some obvious turnover it’s gone downhill fast! Lines are extremely long, staff is not attentive, prescriptions go infilled for a week or two at a time (almost always past promises deadlines) and prescriptions are often lost...I’ve had on multiple locations have to get doctors (yes plural) to call in a prescription two or three times. Now I just waited 30 minutes in a line for them to close down for 2 hours. What a waste of time and a serious frustration...

Every single time I request a refill, the answering machine can never, never find my Information. I have to go through the long process to get a HUMAN at the pharmacy Can someone FIX this problem?. The way your system operates, I’ll need a medication for my nerve’s. Thank You for your Attention.

Going downhill fast, consistently fail to have your medicine ready by their self-communicated timelines. Underpromise, over-deliver, such an unbelievably simple concept that is lost here or is simply not cared enough about to uphold. Shameful that with that many techs behind the counter that you fail to deliver even remotely adequate service
