January 23, 2026 @6pm I had a prescription sent here with a specific manufacturer clearly noted by my doctor, but the pharmacy dispensed a different one without notifying me. When I called, I was initially told the note wasn’t visible, even though another staff member had confirmed earlier that it was in the system. (I will be escalating this to Corporate) When my husband returned the medication, the pharmacist told him that if he continued to speak up about the issue, they would refuse to fill future prescriptions. That response felt unprofessional and intimidating. Medication accuracy and respectful communication are extremely important, especially for mental health medications. This pharmacy used to be good. In the last few months, it takes 2+ weeks to get a refill and it takes over an hour to pick up your meds. I went to pick up meds over 5x in 3 weeks and each time the line was so long that it was not worth the wait. I suggest going elsewhere unless they figure out there limitations and get back on track.

About EVERYTIME I call about a prescription refill, I am always answered by a VERY RBF like attitude by two certain employees. Very rude and nasty attitude. If you're going to be like that DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE and let somebody else that is deserving and better than you at your job answer the phone!!!!!

The staff at this pharmacy are all incredibly rude, unorganized, and unprofessional. Every time I call for a simple refill request, I am met with an unfriendly attitude and long wait times. I just switched to Colley Pharmacy down the street where the customer service is amazing.

I visit this Pharmacy at least once a month. They offer automatic refills which is very helpful. I also participate in the Kroger Drug program which gives some medications free. The pharmacy staff are polite and professional.
