Customer service here is consistently shocking. I wanted this to work for convenience of location, and I’m REALLY tolerant, but enough is enough. I just called to request a refill, and was told (with major attitude), “I TOLD YOU yesterday the prescription would be ready in 2 days.” I said “ma’am it wasn’t me, I haven’t spoken to anyone.” To which she said “YOU DID, and I TOLD YOU it would be ready in 2 days.” I said “two days works fine, but it was NOT me that you spoke to. Maybe it was my Dr or something, but not me.” And she STILL insisted it was me!!!! I picked up an antibiotic for my child but never spoke to ANYONE about MY refill. I felt SO disrespected and insulted by her acting like I was trying to cheat the system or something. I thought about calling the manager, but that wi
I have been hanging with this pharmacy for more than ten years, and now it is time to say bye! Should have read all other reviews earlier. The overall review for pharmacy is significantly lower than HT itself. The major issue is the senior Asia lady in the pharmacy. While most of other salespeople are nice and work hard, she is rude and has been struggling with everything/process ever since shown there. You would have to repeat your b day very loud several times to her then she finally got it right, with that she would get her manager to give you the hardest time ever in life…….
This pharmacy is in serious need of improvement. My 18 month old son was diagnosed with an ear infection yesterday at 3pm. His pediatrician ordered the RX for amoxicillin antibiotic right in front of me and told me it should be ready for pick it soon. I arrived at the pharmacy to pick it up a little after 6pm. I was told they could not even find my son in the system, which is impossible. I was polite and decided to look into it. By the time I confirmed the RX should in fact be there, the pharmacy closed at 7pm. I called at 9:30am this morning and politely asked if my son's RX was ready. The man on the phone said oh yes, I found it this morning. Come on over and we'll have it ready. I arrived at 10am and the man I spoke to was not there. There was no line and I still had to wait. The customer service at this location is absolutely horrendous. I came in to get a prescription for my son. I asked politely for details for my prescription so I could load it into GoodRx. I was given half of the name of the medication, and asked to move off to the side after a minute because there was a line. The head pharmacist was finally helpful in showing me the bottle so I could actually find the correct medication. Meanwhile the lady who asked us to move off to the side proceeded to help an elderly lady step by step through GoodRx with her prescription for TWENTY MINUTES. I guess it's acceptable to ask a father with two children to move off to the side and figure it out for himself, but when comes time to help the elderly let's bend over backwards to help them. If you need the HT pharmacy at SC-41 to update a discount card or insurance info make sure you come on a day when Tom isn't working. I can recount several visits over the past couple years where he yells, argues, and even screams that I'm wrong and he is correct. Funny fact is that if I come back the next day when hes not working, the ladies on staff are able to take my info and actually do the job and I'm out in 5 minutes. Tom believes he's some kind of all knowing Oracle and wont listen to get your information at all. I have literally been in a conversation with him where he will scream "NEXT!" simply because two minutes is way too long for a customer interaction.
