Harris Teeter Pharmacy

This was the best pharmacy experience I have ever had. My doctor called in a prescription, and they had already received it and were working on it within 5 minutes. Their staff is super friendly and all-around good people. I would definitely use this location again!

I switched to Harris Teeter pharmacy from a local drug store and was amazed at the difference in service! Their staff always had my back, trying to find discounts for me when available, notifying me of upcoming refills etc. Somehow, they always made me feel like I was their only customer. I just wish they were given more time for a lunch break. A 30 minute lunch in a 8-12 hour day just isn't considerate for these hard working folks. Great people!

We are very impressed with the pharmacy, especially with the service we received from Julia. She made the process of transferring a prescription easy and went above and beyond to communicate with us. The prescription was for our dog and she confirmed the details, pricing, and that insurance would cover the cost for a dog vs. human. No surprises when we picked up the prescription!

Absolutely horrible experience. Incompetent and nasty employee (June) refused to even check on status of a refill for my prescription and hung up on me. Assistant manager Darwin was completely useless.
