Harris Teeter Pharmacy

Pharmacy has always been top notch and reliable. When there is an issue it is resolved fairly quickly. Recommended to anyone reading

I switched my preferred pharmacies from two others, when I selected Harris Teeter I knew that was the one,I have never gone there to pick up my prescriptions and had to wait in line at the drive thru.

The prices at the pharmacy are great. BUT they NEVER answer their phones… they also can never find my profile in their system. When I call they are rude and just say “we can’t find you, have a good day.” And that’s it…. I have the prescription number and when I type it into the automated system the computer says it’s not a valid prescription. I worked in pharmacy for YEARS.. this is beyond ridiculous, and I have a lot of patience, but not for people just being rude to customers..

Renewal was easy via their phone line. Prescription was ready earlier than anticipated, which was great. Staff was very pleasant to deal with. I'll be back.

I should have read reviews before making an appointment for this pharmacy! The employees are rude and have you are bothering me face, but the website doesn't inform you that a minor requires a prescription for a flu shot. I made an appointment on the website and wasted my time driving for nothing, not to mention waiting for 10 minutes for these two employees that didn't bother to ask if I needed help. What is the point of making an appointment if you get there and have to wait (no customers inline)? Just two unhelpful employees that don't care to help or asked if you need help, and they clearly see you waiting.
