Literally the worst pharmacy experience. I've been trying to pick up my prescription for 2 weeks, visited the store 6 times and still don't have my medication. Each time was a different reason, they said I didn't have prior authorization, but after speaking with my health insurance, they told me I did and that Harris Teeter hadn't even run my prescription in over 2 months. Just giving me bad explanation after bad explanation and excuses. The app said my medicine was ready two different times and both times multiple clueless employees tell me its been denied by my insurance company or they don't have it. Been trying to pick up a prescription for three weeks straight that my doctor sent. 2 times I was told it can’t be filled till a certain date (which wasn’t true) and then I was told they didn’t enough pills so they’d fill it but it’d be $300+, checked my insurance and they weren’t even running it.

Very busy and not staffed properly to provide good service. Usually need to go to store (don't answer phones) then wait for prescriptions to be filled.

Things have significantly improved with pharmacy service and helpful attitudes behind the counter. Many thanks, pharmacy members. These days you are very appreciated.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy ever. Do not rely on them to get any prescription filled quickly or to speak with anyone by phone. Expect a very long wait upon arrival. The employee attitudes are terrible. I have moved some prescriptions to another local pharmacy who is responsive, reliable and quick and will be using them solely in the future.
