Harris Teeter Pharmacy

They never answer the phone, every time I have called they do not pick up. I spend 30 min waiting. Even when they are not busy. I always have to call customer service and have a manager physically go check and make the pick up the phone. When they do answer, they are incredibly rude and have an attitude. They act like they hate their job and you're wasting their time. Even in person they are rude. The women there are nice but every man I have interacted with was not. I switched back to the harris teeter pharmacy at crescent commons. I advise others to do the same.

Angel is quite literally, an angel. Answers the phone promptly, and always appears to be happy and willing to help, however she can. I feel lucky to be able to have her as my local pharmacist. Thank you for everything you do!

Came here to get a prescription compound filled on a Sunday, and it is as complicated as it sounds. But not on this pharmacy. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Pharmacist Jason L was very professional and efficient. Called ahead to see if they would do it and without hesitation, he said he would. Went to 3 other pharmacies before this and disappointed specially when one of the pharmacies I called said it’ll be a couple of hours or worse, the next day before I can pick it up. BS! So yes, this pharmacy’s highly recommended.

Would not answer the phone when I called to check on the prescription. Would not even answer the phone when my DOCTOR called trying to get my prescription to come through. Unhelpful at the desk and did not seem interested at all in helping. Dr. said she never sends prescriptions to that Harris Teeter. Now I know why. Going to Walgreens instead.

Always helpful and no disrespect. My local store for sure!
