When they get it right, it's fine. The staff are friendly. There is a total lack of attention to detail with the staff. I have zero confidence that when a doctor sends in an Rx, that they will actually process it. That is why I switched to another pharmacy even though this one is closer. I used the other pharmacy for many years until my new insurance wasnt accepted at the other pharmacy amd I had to return here. I had a doctor's appointment about 7 days ago and she semt 2 Rx's to this Harris Teeter. I finally had some time to pick up and after waiting 20 min in line, they gave me only one Rx. I had to come back and ask the pharmacist, who checked and found they did not fill the 2nd Rx and asked me to wait another 20 min. My mistake bc I forgot when I used this pharmacy years ago, they ar

Harris Teeter is a top-notch grocery store! They have a fantastic selection of fresh produce, high-quality products, and a great variety of brands. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and well-maintained. Harris Teeter is my go-to for a convenient and enjoyable grocery shopping experience.

This pharmacy is probably the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Long lines, difficult to work with, pharmacist makes unnecessary comments and one day they'll take your insurance the next they won't. CVS is 5 minutes down the road, go there.

Made an online appointment to get a vaccination. The website said I'd get an email confirmation, but I never received one. When I arrived there was just one pharmacist who was dealing with a line of customers, so it took 0-15 minutes for me to be seen. I was asked to wait while insurance stuff was sorted out. Finally after another 10-15 minutes, the pharmacist returned and informed me that they were out of the vaccine. I went ahead and got another one I needed, but was disappointed. Now I have to take more precious weekend time and try again. Not sure I will go back to HarrisTeeter for any more vaccines though, they don't seem to have their stuff fully together. One note, the pharmacist there was gracious and professional.

Staff is amazing! The pharmacists are very patient, no matter how busy they are. they answer all questions and dont rush you. They remember their customers by name and always fill Rx so fast. They also always look for Rx rebate coupons if the price of the meds are too high. Thank you!
