Harris Health Care Center North

Was hoping to see my grandma today but she left by the ambulance because this place was to hot and not enough staff to help her. She waited for an hr for a bed pan. Becky Harris told my mom.sorry we have 32 patients grandma is not the only one.. 😬🙃😲 how many cnas should a facility with 32 patients have?.. 🤔 I THINk enough so a patient doesn't wait an hr to use the bathroom. My grandma is not incontinent but they put a diaper on her anyway and told her she needed her OWN commode.. She wasn't strong enough to walk to the bathroom herself. Thankfully she's back at the hospital and will find a different facility to better meet her needs.

I could not have asked for a better place for my son..ALL the staff were patient,respectful and always had a smile for him…he was sponge bathed daily. What could have been a horrible experience for him turned out to be pleasant enough for him to stay longer for his rehab..I can’t say enough good things about them..top notch in my book

The place socks always un staff all have had attuide their a couple of good but just ain't worse losing you life over

This place is horrible could not get anyone to answer the phone had a problem when trying to discharge my dad from here food was horrible would not feed it to my pet.
