Tell me why is it that every single time me or my wife go in for our prescriptions they always keep trying to charge me an arm and a leg and say they dont have our insurance EVERY single time even after we've done had our dr call them after countless times of giving it to them and dont even get me started on refunds!!! Sounds VERY scandalous if you asked me!!!

I could get my prescriptions in Fayetteville at Walgreens or Wal-Mart, but would either of those call me just to check I had enough of a certain blood pressure medication, in the switch over to filling all meds at the same time? No,they probably wouldn't. And that's the difference. It's a pleasure to do business with them.

I've been getting my daughter's meds filled here for about 6 mos since moving from Elkins to West Fork. I regret my decision to switch pharmacies. I hoped it would get better but it hasn't. Luckily I'm moving and will only have to deal with them for one more month. My daughter is on two seizure meds (vimpat and keppra). They're controlled substances. Every pharmacy we have used in the past let's us refill up to 3 days early. There are multiple reasons to do this: a. Sometimes you're out of town when the refill date occurs and you need it early so you don't run out and b. It's good to have a little buffer so you don't have issues if something unexpected happens. They won't do this at harps. They require it to be filled ON the date. Also, I have to request it each time it needs to be refille

Usually have pretty good service with them, but was a little unsettled to see the lady mixing my daughter's medication while she's sneezing with no mask or gloves on... Thought it was pretty standard practice to use PPE.
