Harps Food Stores - Vian

Very convenient place to shop, lots of options and great prices, plenty of parking and the staff is very friendly, store is clean and organozed.

One star due to the following issue. : We always love shopping at Harps in Vian because it was very convenient to our home. We also like the employees at this location. Unfortunately we found out our favor employee no longer works at this location. Its sad to hear why he left but totally understandable. I hope that corporate sits down and talks to all the employees minus the store manager because by what I've been hearing she is not a nice person and is always looking for a reason to get rid of employees. It sounds like she needs to be demoted or sent in for more training and anger management classes. To all the other employees keep up the good work and remember you can always call corporate and file a complaint of how she treats all the employees.

Being accused of stealing by a employee is ridiculous. When you set all your items on the belt and you grab your wallet from inside your purse your accused of stealing. One of employees named (Jerry) told the cashier "this is the lady"and was pointning me out. I asked "what" and the cashier told me hes just talking werid, i asked him again "what about me". The cashier said he accused you of stealing. Aka Jerry. I said WHAT! The cashier told me he's just joking . I said you don't do that. Thats embrassing that you accuse me without any evidence . I sure did cuss but what the hell. And I told my husband in the car and my husband went in to speak to the nightmanger about the situation. Even the manager said he was just joking. The fruit and vegetable selection has improved over the years. Limited baked goods. No deli, but the butcher is great.

Very friendly employees. Only wish they had a deli..
