I’ve had planter Fasciitis last few years and had to deal with severe pain and discomfort for 14 hrs a day (ICU nurse) 3 to 4 days a week walking on the hard floors. Frequent visit to the podiatrists and received steroid shots and customized insoles without complete relief. My experience with Dr. Song and staffs were different than any other. Most impressive treatment was personalized insoles. Instead using computer generated insoles Dr.Song utilized the special lab and they make all insoles by hand with multiple layers if needed. I am free of pain👍👍.

The whole process, fast scheduleing process (1 day), through assessment, and obtaining insoles to best fit my feet by Dr. Song and staffs were awesome experience. Now I can walk and run without pain. Dr. Song must have been off his meds this week. Follow up with my 17 yr old. daughter and he made her cry as she witnessed him lose his mind, get disgruntled and shout from his back office at us. All because I asked clarifying questions about the procedure. He even told her she may have arthritis and wanted to schedule X-Rays. Needless to say we went elsewhere and got a 2nd opinion. No arthritis was suspected. Maybe after 30 years he should retire and find a beach get outta the care business. 🤦‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Dr Song was both knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me two options to treat a painful foot issue: one non-invasive and over time; and the other quick and painful, but more likely to work. He was upfront about the treatment options and costs as well as which options would require additional visits. Ultimately, the slow but not painful approach did not work for me and we had to go with the painful option anyway. I don't begrudge him this at all. I am very satisfied with my experience and recommend him to friends. The front office staff is on top of scheduling and flexible if you need to reschedule. Office is on a divided highway at a corner, so is only accessible from either Royal Oaks going North or McEwan going West.
