Harmony Village of Warren

I recently visited this community and am happy to say that the warm greetings from all who worked there was top notch. A buildings decor is only evident if those inside display pride and beauty. Congrats to your team for being present and caring about outcomes!!!

my mom was transferred here from the hospital. she was supposed to be long term but was released because she “ didn’t fit through your doors.” she is mentally ill and was supposed to be switched to a facility who cared for people like this , we were told by the nursing home liaison who came to the hospital those services were offered there and then come to find out they are not . she literally sat in a room almost 3 weeks saying at the tv for the whole day. we had NO NOTICE for release just i had to come get her that day or pay out of pocket on the spot I was told over the phone . i went to get her and she could barely walk , had fell the night before and only given tylenol and no physician even looked at her before releasing her. she is worse now than she was when she came there and is n

My son in law was in this facility for 4 months and the person who stepped up to really help us was Pam M the social worker. We were at wits end to get things done and she stepped in and saved us. Pam followed up on all our issues and did it as a professional but with kindness and care. I hope they understand what a Gem they have in that place. They better treat her as royalty, or she might be scooped up by some other place. If I was in the hospital or rehab business, she would be the first person I would hire.

I previously have posted a glowing review for mission point of Warren I have now have retracted that statement this place lies to you to get you to come. Web site makes claims that the administration won't honor. Staff plays favorites with the patience. They have a store for the patients in the building that is closed most of the time or they just sell to staff and is a place for staff to hang out in. Instead of doing their job of helping the patients and you have to go look for your aid to get help. I have been told do you live with it or discharge this place only cares about the money not the person.

I love 💕 it here at Harmony Village all the staff are attentive and very nice and treat me very well, the staff all work together to attend to every need God bless Harmony Village
