# Dental First thing is first the dental receptionist amazing. She was easy to talk to and didn’t require paperwork or anything. All online. Second the waiting I barely felt it. I came 30 minutes early but still. Third was the guy who did the x-rays . Really nice guy did everything so professionally and fast . Reassured me. Sorry afraid of dentist. And finally last the doctor was amazing. The environment was welcoming. Thank you!! All of you really!!

Spoke to a lady named Ann F. Who would not provide me her full name who was very rude and making scheduling an appointment extremely hard. She took all of my info and then put me on hold for 3 seconds to come back and tell me there was no appointments for me emergency. I do believe she was lying because she came back on the phone very quickly after our disagreement. She was not empathic to my situation and she did not care i was in pain. People like her should not be in health care!

I had an appointment at 10:30, I received a message saying get there 15 minutes early. Sadly, due to bad directions i showed up right on time instead of 15 minutes early. Even with that 15 minute delay there is no reason I should have been waiting for 2 hours and did not see the doctor until almost 12:30. After the awful wait time and patient care I asked to speak to a manager. I was told she was in a meeting but could speak to me at 1 so i waited 20 minutes. At 1pm I was then told she left already and she has no contact info whatsoever. So it is clear to me I was purposefully held back or mislead in multiple ways. I believe this was racial discrimination and the way I was treated is horrible. I will never visit again, and have contacted my insurance company to complain and request a new p
