​I have officially decided to leave this practice after a series of unprofessional encounters, culminating in my visit on Nov 3rd, 2025. What should have been a standard, covered annual physical has turned into a billing nightmare.! A doctor's office should be a place of care, not a place where you feel "nickel and dimed" without warning. There are three primary reasons why I can no longer recommend this office: ​1) Hostile Customer Service: The receptionist at the Edison office was incredibly rude. When I called to resolve the billing discrepancy, I was met with attitude and contradicting explanations for why I was being charged extra. ​2) Hidden "A La Carte" Billing: This office appears to charge for every minor interaction. I had an appointment with Dr. Kirit Patel today at 11:00 AM. I arrived at 11:07 AM and was made to wait in the waiting room until 12:40 PM. Despite repeatedly asking the staff, I was told every time to wait “15–20 more minutes.” After waiting over 1.5 hours, I was still not seen by the doctor and eventually had to leave without being examined. This shows a complete lack of respect for patients’ time. If appointments are running this late, patients should be informed honestly instead of being repeatedly misled. Many of us take time off work, manage health concerns, and plan our day around appointments. This experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend this office based on my experience Wish I could give them “0” star 😡

Dr. Vaidehi Patel is wonderful! The entire staff is friendly and efficient. I've never felt rushed during my appointments and so comfortable. Dr. Vaidehi Patel is very compassionate and took the time to answer all of my questions. I'm so glad I found this practice and highly recommend them. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Front desk girl was very rude.. instead of being helpful she was very dismissive and rude. I requested a print out of my visit and she snarled and started mumbling under her breath as if she didn’t want to be working there. In addition to that they rotate you to multiple different doctors. I had one that was extremely rough and put me into early labor (sorry I can’t recall her name).. Dr. Meghan Patel was the only reason I chose this place.. anyone other than him are all careless and unprofessional. I will never return to this place or any of its other locations.
