Harmons Pharmacy - Draper

I come here because it’s cheap with my insurance and close to my house. They are typically quick at getting scripts filled and ready for pick up. Actually picking up at the pharmacy is another story. Hit or miss if will be speedy or take forever. Hit or miss on level of customer service. Most of the techs are great and friendly at the drive thru pick up. Going inside is super slow if there is a line. Also, the pharmacist Tom can be such a buzzkill. I might go out of my way to hit a different pharmacy or pay more to avoid this man if I have one more event where he leaves me feeling weird about it. Ive had a few. I love Draper Harmons pharmacy. Not all employees call me by name but alot do and are always very friendly. They always offer consultation to make sure I know how to take the prescription and if I have any questions. They're always very helpful if I have questions about OTC medications and I can always buy right at the pharmacy.

I have never had an issue with Harmons pharmacy. They are quick, responsive and very nice. Their prices are always reasonable and competitive. I guess you could stand at Walmart for an hour but why would you?

They answer the phone right away, which is absolutely amazing. Practically unheard of. One time I needed something right away and they filled it in under five minutes. 10 stars!

Absolutely the rudest girl working there. This is the second time I have to deal with her being condescending and told we are closing soon. I'm moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I was treated in the ER for an eye infection on Saturday and prescribed an eye antibiotic. She told me they would have to order it in and would not have it in until Monday. My husband asked if they could transfer the prescription to CVS. She stated that CVS would have to call them to get it but said We are closing soon and I doubt it will happen. She offered no solution and was aborent and condescending. I cannot believe Harmon's is okay with her continuing to treat customers in such a poor manor.
